Find Your Flow

Before my on-demand library theflowspace, before my newsletter Living In The Flow, there was this: the quiet realization that movement isn’t about how you look—it’s about how you feel. Strong. Steady. Connected.

This blog is where it all began and it’s still the heart of everything I do. Whether you’ve come for a class, a newsletter or just to read, welcome. You’re in the right place.

Phuket: Where I’d Send a Friend

Phuket can be quiet, local and full of nature—depending on where you go. Expect stunning viewpoints, the best coffee, and proper local food. If you want a holiday (mostly) far from the crowds, this one’s for you.
I’ve been to Phuket four times over the last twelve years—for travel and for Pilates trainings—and this is the long-form version of the texts I send friends when they ask me where to go.

hi

I’m Siri, a passionate yoga and Pilates teacher with a love for mindful movement and self-discovery. Two and a half years ago, I quit my 9–5 to reconnect with my Thai roots.

As a mixed-race child, I never fully felt at home in Austria—often asked “Where are you really from?” I thought some time in Thailand would bring me closer to that answer.

However, the journey became something way bigger than I could have ever imagined. It gave me the freedom to explore who I am beyond labels and expectations. Somewhere along the way, I became a full-time Pilates teacher in Bali—something I never envisioned or had in the back of my mind, but the universe had other plans for me.

Today, I share movement and mindfulness with others, creating space to slow down, breathe and connect. In my classes, I aim to create a space for you to connect with your breath and body—a moment of ‘me-time’ in a fast-paced world. Each session is a step toward feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected—on and off the mat.
