Find Your Flow
Movement is more than exercise—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. That’s why my classes focus on how you feel, not how you look. We move to feel strong, steady and connected—from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore what balance really means, on the mat and beyond. Ready to flow into the best version of you? Let’s move together.
This is just the beginning. There’s more coming soon.

hi
I’m Siri, a passionate yoga and Pilates teacher with a love for mindful movement and self-discovery. Two and a half years ago, I quit my 9–5 to reconnect with my Thai roots.
As a mixed-race child, I never fully felt at home in Austria—often asked “Where are you really from?” I thought some time in Thailand would bring me closer to that answer.
However, the journey became something way bigger than I could have ever imagined. It gave me the freedom to explore who I am beyond labels and expectations. Somewhere along the way, I became a full-time Pilates teacher in Bali—something I never envisioned or had in the back of my mind, but the universe had other plans for me.
Today, I share movement and mindfulness with others, creating space to slow down, breathe and connect. In my classes, I aim to create a space for you to connect with your breath and body—a moment of ‘me-time’ in a fast-paced world. Each session is a step toward feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected—on and off the mat.
