December is a beautiful season—it’s filled with anticipation, cozy evenings and connection. But let’s be honest: it can also be a lot.
The end-of-year rush, the pressure to perform, the packed social calendar, the emotional weight of reflection. Whether you’re in the gray of Europe or the rainy season in Bali… it can all feel like too much.
This idea—The December Ritual—was born from that very space:
I haven’t spoken much about it yet, but life in Bali wasn’t always ease and flow. From the outside it may have looked like the dream. But behind the stillness of the rice fields and the sunsets, I went through some of my biggest personal challenges there.
I’ll share more when I’m ready. But for now, I’ll say this:
The hard parts taught me how to be in my body without working against it.
They softened how I understand movement.
They shaped the way I teach and, more than anything, how I hold space.
So this upcoming month, I’m offering something special.
Something structured, but not strict.
Something that gives instead of demands.
Because we’re not just tired from doing too much—we’re tired from trying to do it all, from giving endlessly without checking in, from being “on” without ever returning inward.
✨ The December Ritual
In the busiest month of the year, offer yourself a few intentional minutes of movement—to come back to your body, to reset your rhythm, to get stronger (physically as well as mentally).
If it speaks to you, keep an eye out. I’ll share how to join soon.
With love,
Siri
