This Strong Upper Body Flow dropped somewhere spec This Strong Upper Body Flow dropped somewhere special today.

And this is just the beginning. I’ve been building something behind the scenes—and it’s almost ready to be shared here.

My newsletter family already got first access 🤍

If you want in before Friday,

I’ve experienced this as a student. You can pract I’ve experienced this as a student.

You can practice Pilates for years and still feel like something is missing.

Not because you’re doing it wrong —
but because no one clearly explained the Pilates principles behind the exercises.

When I started understanding breath, control, concentration and precision, my strength changed.

Not more reps.
Not more intensity.
Just better technique.
More intentional movement.

Stronger Pilates isn’t about doing more.
It’s about refining how you move.

If you want to build real strength and improve your Pilates practice, start with the principles.

More on this very soon.
If you want a stronger core without long workouts, If you want a stronger core without long workouts, start here.

This short Pilates sequence includes:
• Half Roll Down (spinal control + deep core activation)
• Roll Up (ab strength + spinal mobility)
• The Hundred (endurance + breath control)

These classic Pilates exercises target your deep core muscles, improve abdominal strength and support better posture
—all in just 5 minutes.

Consistency beats intensity.
Do this daily and notice how your core feels in a few weeks.

Save this and come back tomorrow 🤍
This season looks quieter from the outside. But in This season looks quieter from the outside.
But inside, it feels expansive.

Less teaching Pilates.
More learning, feeling and experiencing Pilates.
More creating.
More returning to the roots of why I started.

Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more.
It’s about going back to the basics and rebuilding from there.
It’s been a long way to get to this point. But it It’s been a long way to get to this point.
But it wasn’t optional—I realized it is a necessity, and should be for everyone. Joy. Balance. Wellness.

As Pilates and yoga teachers, we have to practice what we preach.
Not just cue it but live it.

Wellness isn’t about doing more.
It’s about knowing when to slow down, breathe and take care of yourself—mentally and physically.
Save this for long work days 🤍 I’m back working m Save this for long work days 🤍

I’m back working more hours on my laptop again and wow… my body definitely feels it. This seated twist is one of my favorite stretches mid-work to undo desk posture and tension.

It helps relieve stiffness in the spine, neck and shoulders and brings a bit of energy back when you’ve been sitting too long.

No mat needed. No equipment. Just a few mindful breaths.

✨ Save this for work days.
✨ Try it mid-day or when your back feels tight.
SAVE ✨ this full-body Pilates flow to come back to SAVE ✨ this full-body Pilates flow to come back to.
A short, effective full-body workout focused on strength, control and mindful movement.

Just a small glimpse of something I’ve been building quietly in the background.

Stay close—exciting news soon.
(My newsletter family already got the hint 🤍)
When everyone has an opinion, it’s hard to hear yo When everyone has an opinion, it’s hard to hear your own.
Sometimes the best choice comes from listening to yourself.

Can anyone relate?
I’d love to hear what that moment was for you.
I’ve been coming to this studio almost daily… not I’ve been coming to this studio almost daily…
not because of the aesthetics
but because the teachers bring me back to the essence of Pilates.

To be honest, I’ve noticed that Pilates is taught very differently across Australia, Bali and Europe.
It’s often aesthetically pleasing, louder, higher energy—which isn’t good or bad.
Just different Pilates worlds.

Being in Bangkok is reminding me of the beauty of the other side of Pilates again.
Quieter.
More internal.
More subtle.

And just as powerful.
Lately, I’ve been taking Pilates classes almost da Lately, I’ve been taking Pilates classes almost daily here in Bangkok.

At the end of one class, the teacher simply said:
“Notice your body after the practice.”

And I walked out in complete bliss.
Not exhausted.
Not drained.

But stretched.
Lengthened.
Twisted.
Supported.

It reminded me as a Pilates teacher & student why Pilates is so much more than a workout.
